100 Resilient Cities and the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) announced a formal partnership to expand collaborative resilience-building efforts in India.
In 2018, at the World Urban Forum, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri oversaw the signing of a letter of intent for the two organisations to collaborate to develop evidence and policy frameworks that can be used by the MoHUA and the Government of India to promote and support the development of resilient cities across the country.
